JOB OVERVIEW

OatLabs is an Australian Company with Photography, Art and Craft Groups in Australia, UK, New Zealand and USA.

We are seeking a part time (20 hours per week) Events Coordinator to manage the administration of our programs as part of the ---------- team.

**Monday-Friday work, 4 hours per day and MUST be able to commit to work during Australian business hours between (9am-5pm AEDT)**

Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with and providing support to photography / art / craft instructors
Building and nurturing instructor relationships
Coordinating the administration of photography /art / craft classes
Assist the instructors in the development of an exciting range of photography / art / craft events to inspire engagement with our brand
Providing exceptional customer experience through the coordination of photography / art / craft events
Responding to all incoming enquiries for events, bookings and cancellations
Seeking and reporting customer feedback, actively make efforts to address any live issues
Seeking to identify continuous improvement opportunities wherever possible
Work closely and collaboratively with the photography / art / craft instructor recruitment and on-boarding team to ensure vacancies are recruited to in a timely manner

Other requirements:
The ability to work remotely
Own laptop/desktop computer and internet access
An interest or experience in photography and the arts is beneficial
