Outbound Sales Rep

We’re a real estate investment company that flips properties and buys rental properties. We currently have a small team in the Philippines that we are working to expand.

What we’re looking for in this role is someone that will contact property owners around the country and ask if they want to sell. This will be done primarily by text and phone. You will receive training for all tasks, but must have prior phone experience and have excellent English speaking skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have EXCELLENT English writing skills
- MUST have some prior experience with outbound sales
- Must have your own computer, internet, computer headset

COMPENSATION:
- You’ll receive base pay of 20,000PHP/month
- Commission for properties you find
- 13th month pay
- Technology allowance
- PTO and Sick Leave
