JOB OVERVIEW

R&B Properties is a Property Management Company. We are looking for a young, motivated individual in this entry level position. You must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal, able to take direction, and juggle multiple priorities.

The tasks include responding to inquiries on Facebook with regards to rental properties available. Answering questions and moving people onto our website where they can learn more, ask questions, view videos and floor plans, and book a viewing of the unit. After the unit is viewed, you will be responsible for following up with the party, having them apply, managing the application process from gaining approval from the office to collecting funds and signing leases (electronically).

We are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours. Standard times will be 7-10PM Eastern Time Monday - Thursday, and 10-4PM Eastern Time Saturday and Sunday.

Technologies Required (Some training can be provided)
- Successful candidate must have stable, high speed internet, new computer of no more than 3 years old running Windows 10
- Successful candidate must be in an area with stable electricity or be prepared to purchase battery backup
- RingCentral for Voice and Text (Training will be provided)
- Outlook for email (Successful candidate must have MS Office 365 installed)
- ZOHO for CRM (Training will be provided)
- Word/Adobe for documents, etc.(Part of MS Office 365)
- OneDrive for data access (Part of MS Office 365)
- Tawk.To for Chat functions off our website (Training will be provided)
- Yardi Property Management Software (Training will be provided)
