We are seeking an experienced Copy Research VA and Project Management VA to join our growing team. They will be managing projects from work request intake to research to tracking for completion. Your extensive research will help the
Copywriter engage target audiences when writing various Amazon listings. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly while adopting brands’ distinct voices and offering valuable content, we're looking for you.

Responsibilities:
-Train with the Copywriter on how to use the market research checklist for
each ASIN
-Work closely with the Copywriter on a weekly basis to ensure market
research notes are being provided with the correct information
-Review creative brief and previous work we’ve created for the Brand Partner
-Browse Brand’s website and current Amazon listings
-Research top sellers in category and sub-category
-Review competitor listings
-Browse review trends on current Amazon listings
-Use the “Review Insights” tool with the Helium 10 extension
-Write evaluation and recommendations
-Provide clear and concise research notes on the Click-Up task for the
Copywriter to reference


Requirements:
-Basic understanding of SEO and marketing principles, including keyword
optimization, article structure, internal linking, and competitor analysis
-Experience with competitor research and using various research tools
-Exceptional written and oral English communication skills
-A quick learner and self-starter able to work independently, and has a willingness
to assist with any day-to-day tasks that may arise
-Creative thinking and a flair for words
-Excellent attention to detail
-Self-motivated with an ability to work well independently
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Works well both independently and in a continuously evolving environment
