Hello, we are looking for an Office Assistant in Manila for a US Products Company.
Here are the Job Duties:
i. Typical Assistant Work
ii. Research local products
iii. Will eventually be hiring/forming a team to help promote consumer products
iv. Plan/Schedule meetings
v. Room for advancement
Here are the Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must speak English
2. Excellent communicator, friendly and speaks well with people of all ages (18-60)
3. Must be familiar with Manila metro environment/location
4. Must be willing to work hard and be motivated
5. College student okay! Maybe Majoring in Business or Marketing
6. Basic Telephone and Computer Skills
7. Must be 18 and over; will need to provide valid identification - see below
Here are optional skills that will help with being selected
1. Basic Legal Knowledge
2. Basic Marketing Knowledge (Bonus if know marketing to Universities)
3. Basic Fashion Knowledge
4. 1 year of Business/Marketing classes/experience
