Hi!! This is Natalie!! Natalie Lewin Abundance Realty c/o ReMax Hallmark has been in the business for 20 years, specializing in downsizing and helping clients buy, sell and invest in real estate and we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant.

* A quick learner and has excellent calendaring skills
* Great with networking and analytical forward-thinking skills

* Persistent, aggressive and driven
* Excellent in communication
* Speak and write Great English
* Very organized
* Very detail-oriented
* Positive attitude
* Very Resourceful
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 8 am - 5 pm PST, Monday to Friday, and willing to work during weekends if needed
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

- Create and implement new systems
- Administrative tasks such as but not limited to email management, phone support, and meeting coordination
- Manage schedules and communications of key company executives
- Calendar management

Note: Knowledge in Mls, Webforms, Follow up Bose, Mojo, Spreadsheets., any calendar sharing software is a plus but not required
