ROLE: COPYWRITER (Direct-Response)

The Role:

You will be responsible for writing high-converting copy across a range of digital placements: FB/IG headlines, landing pages, and ad script writing(15s-1min).

Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience working in advertising, journalism, or brand marketing. However, we also believe curiosity and a proven track record for self-growth trumps experience. Show us your portfolio!
Experience writing high-converting copy across a range of digital placements: FB/IG headlines, landing pages, and ad script writing(15s-1min).
A strong understanding of direct-response marketing. You know how to clearly communicate and persuade unique selling points in order to get the targeted audience to click & buy what you’re ---------- fortable writing across social platforms such as: Instagram/Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok. (Paid and Organic)
Storytelling comes naturally to you. Whether you’re using quirky analogies to get a point across or writing a script, you’re able to hone-in on problems and communicate ideas clearly to project members.
Understanding of social trends, designs, ---------- s and social media feedback and how those can inform more successful product design and ---------- fortable with project management tools like Asana, Slack, G SUITE & other operational systems software
Strong persuasion and communication skills
A passionate team player that continually tinkers towards their personal and professional growth with the belief that there is no ceiling.


Responsibilities:


Turnaround times are important to us: short copy (2-4 sentences) requests submitted in 1-2 days, Long-form ad copy(6-10 sentences) submitted in 2-3 days, and landing page copy submitted in a week. After being briefed from internal strategists & creatives, you’re able to experiment & execute on scriptwriting in 4-5 days.
Write clear & visionary sales copy in order to increase landing page and advertisement optimization ---------- cate peers in copywriting best practices.
Collaborate effectively as a creative partner with internal cross-functional business partners: Strategists, Media Buyers, Operations.
Leverage internal trend research and dtc strategies to establish a copy direction for DTC/DR assets.
Attend & contribute to internal meetings.
