E-commerce VA/ Customer service representative

Hi, we are located in Australia with a business in the US specializing in pet products. We are looking for a part-time to full-time experienced Ecommerce virtual assistant who is an expert in the e-commerce world, has experience managing stores on woo-commerce and other platforms, and replies to customers' inquiries on a daily basis. You must be a self-starter who is able to accomplish tasks with little or no supervision/direction.

Daily Tasks will involve:
- Maintaining our various online stores
- Check and update stock levels across different sales channels
- Order fulfillments across different sales channels
- Customer service email responses

Other Tasks will involve but are not limited to:
- Communicate with the contact windows of different sales channels
- Upload product listings
- Initial setup on new E-commerce channels
- Looking for suitable influencers to collab, with

This is a job opportunity where you can grow with the company, however, you must have these experiences to apply:

1. Have experience in managing E-commerce channels for at least 2 years.
2. Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
3. Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities, must be contactable during working hours.
4. FLEXIBILITY HOURS DURING WEEKDAYS, NO TIME TRACKER!! You will need to process orders during weekends, but other than that, we DO NOT expect you to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
