Healthcare Recruiter

Develop sourcing strategies to recruit RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists, Radiologists and other Allied Health temporary employees to fill open positions in Hospitals, Senior Rehab Centers and Nursing homes in given geographic locations. Manage a full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of specialty nursing ---------- velop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of qualified candidates. Perform internet searches using Boolean searches, social media, job boards and other tools to identify relevant candidates. Conduct prescreening phone interviews of candidates by reviewing incoming resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to defined ---------- velop recruiting plans and strategies that yield results. Cultivate candidate referrals. Responsible for creating your own recruiting base through networking and social media ---------- velop plans and initiate client development ---------- et and exceed weekly targets for recruiting calls, interviews and client development ---------- TE: Develop sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, Seamless.ai, G-Suite, Zapier, Social Media postings and Chrome extension tools such as Hunter, Swordfis.ai, Lusha.ai, Adapt Prospector, etc.
Must be able to track and maintain all activity in our applicant tracking system daily with weekly reporting metrics.
We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable, skilled and experienced enough to eventually create a team that will be able to collectively perform all the functions mentioned above for the Healthcare agency on a full time basis.
The goal is eventually to find an individual who can perform these functions on a full time basis without supervision.
Verification of the candidates experience will be required before hiring. Professional Work References preferred.
