Real Estate VA - Full Time

Real Estate company based in UK seeks a full-time VA as a integral and key member of our team. This will be a long term engagement for the right person.

This must be your only job and you must be able to work 40+hrs/week, with no other side gigs or jobs.

Main responsibilities:

The job:
- You will be leading operations on finding new property development opportunities for us (lead generation)
- You will be given full training for 2-3 weeks on the software we use internally.
- This will require using the training you receive to do deep research and find viable opportunities
- All leads need to be tracked fully within Excel (therefore, must be expert in Excel).
- You must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to dive head first and learn.
- Building project management - to ensure all our projects are on track and milestones are hit
- Enter details in to CRM
- Manage CRM
- Manage 1st, 2nd and 3rd contact points to Leads
- Track and tag leads
- Database Management/Building

Skills:
- Good/Excellent speaking, written English
- Very well organised
- Must be able to work UK hours and be reachable
- Hard-working and persistent personality to learn new skill and software & processes.
- You will be very organised, methodical and process driven
- Excellent research skills, quick learner, data entry, and be results driven


Bonus skills (if you have these, that is a bonus):
- Website editing / design (Wordpress)
- Social media - Youtube channel management, video editing, thumbnails, video optimisation (VidIQ, TubeBuddy)
- Social outreach to cold prospects on Facebook, Appointment setting
- Instagram posting, Reels, IGTV

Work history
- Previous job in Real Estate is a bonus (not essential)
- Similar research, data entry, learning, Excel job history will make you more desirable
- Social media savvy (see above Bonus Skills)
