Answer all my incoming calls, provide pricing to my customers based on our internal dispatch board. (Very easy to calculate) and then book the orders when needed. Disptach orders out to drivers who call in on orders that are booked and provide customer service to all incoming calls. Call all the leads that are received in our system and provide excellent customer service to all of our clients.
