So right now, my team and I are growing INCREDIBLY fast, and we are currently looking for our next Social Media Appointment Setter. This is a role that can quickly climb to $1,500 - $3,000/month, so please read below carefully:

I am looking for a highly driven, focused individual with GREAT ENGLISH (speaking and writing), who is hungry to succeed in a social media engagement and sales messaging role.

This job is FULL TIME, and will require 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week.
The work schedule will vary depending on the post you will be assigned to.

We also ask that you remain 100% exclusive with us when working on our team. This means no side hustles. Whatever business you are currently working on, you will have to discontinue, as your financial goals and impact ($3000+/months or higher) can be achieved WITHIN our team, not outside of it, and side hustles will inevitably break your focus.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Spending 8 hours/day (Yes, 8 hours) sending messages to people on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and LinkedIn to qualify them and set an appointment.
-Following a provided script, and also working with the operations and sales leadership team to develop even better messaging strategies.
-Messaging people to confirm their existing enrollment calls, to ensure a maximum show up rate.
-Working directly with our Closers to enroll clients into our program.

This is VERY Important to understand... this is a APPOINTMENT SETTING MESSAGING ROLE.

Because you will be messaging people in English on a daily basis, your English skills must be highly skilled.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
-If your English is not great (you cannot write with proper grammar, and speak fluently), please do not apply
-If you are not willing to go ALL IN with our company, and like to have multiple jobs, this is not for you.
-If you are not willing to work some weekends, or a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you.
-If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.

***If you are a student, freelancer, or a part-timer, this is probably not for you. When I say this is 40+ hours a week, in CT Time zone, I mean Upgrade to see actual info negotiating on that.

One final note: I (Dr Chau) am very intense on my sales team. Sales is the lifeblood of any business, and if you do not perform, I will do everything possible to get you up to speed. However, if you still do not show signs of improvement, you will be instantly cut, just like if an athlete on a professional team no longer performs at a high Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
Given that this is a SALES MESSAGING role, you are paid off of your performance and how many phone calls you book for our sales team.

Starting rate is $400.00 per month. You get percentage commission for every closed call you are able to book. The projected compensation you can get monthly is $1500-$3000K/month, with opportunity to climb up depending on your performance. One thing is for sure - if you're hungry for $$$, this role can DEFINITELY meet your financial goals.

Ultimately, your compensation is tied to how well you perform as an appointment setter.

Again, if you like being paid hourly, this is NOT for you. We only want to reward those that produce results for the company.
