QuickBooks online Accountant

We're Looking for Quickbooks Accountants

Requires a Qualified Accountant who can do the following for our property company:

- Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Research and analyze all accounting data and Bank reconciliation
- Set up Quickbooks categories
- Connect to banks to Track income and outcome
- Prepare profit and loss statements and other financial reports monthly.
- Monitor weekly costs, expenses and profit to assist Admin Manager and CEO/COO have an overview of the company’s finances.
- Analyze trends, costs, revenues and identify potential financial ratios that can be implemented inside the company.
- Invoicing and chasing overdue invoices

Requirements
- MUST Know QuickBooks
- High-level communication skills
- Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the company.
- Accountant Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting in a remote/digital company.
- Knowledge about payment platforms.
- Experience using accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
- Excellent eye for details and structured mind
- Motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion.
