JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Manager is responsible for making sure that the Sales department is well managed from strategically thinking of ways to get more clients through calling, texting, emailing, social media and other ways to get a close deal. The Sales Manager should manage a team of experts in securing lead flows and closed deals on a daily basis.
The primary goal of the Sales Manager is to obtain more clients while maintaining good budget management.

Roles and Responsibilities
Call, text, or email prospect clients to join and avail our services
Staying on top of the leads by following up on them through phone calls, text, email etc.
Strategizing new ways of Sales initiatives that will provide the company more clients
Consistently updating the company CRM.
Understand the services we offer and what value we offer to our clients
Calling leads and Prospects and eventually closing the deal.
Leading a team of Telemarketers/Marketing personnel.
Daily Progress Report
Work with the Operations Director and Owner of the company in terms of the betterment and decision making throughout the entire marketing department
Keeping track of the Basic KPIs provided on a weekly basis.
Take part in the weekly Staff Meeting.
Work hand in hand directly with the Operations Director to ensure that all are aligned with the policies and work standards of each of the members of the ---------- pensation Summary
As a Marketing Manager you will be compensated BASE pay of $800-$1,000 per month plus a $10/$15 Referral Bonus for every part time/full time agent when we get a deal with a client. There will be a performance review after we hit the ideal number of clients.
Time: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday) Pacific Time.
