Virtual Admin Assistant/Recruitment Assistant will be working closely with the Director of the Company who is responsible in providing virtual support to the Administrative team in an effort to effectively and efficiently manage their day-to-day activities as aligned with the company’s goal of delivering the best Immigration Consulting services bound for Canada.

Key Roles:

• Provide direct support to the client
• Assist in managing day to day emails and phone calls assigned by the client
• Manage calendar and scheduling
• Ensure that client is prepared for meetings and, and have all necessary deliverables
• Maintain clients’ database (document management, compilation, distribution, and storage)
• Assist in contacting potential candidates, clients, schedule interview, and follow-up recruitment process
• Perform background checks and verify candidate’s qualification experience
• Help in basic project management and coordination
• Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience or relevant role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or specifically word-processing/spreadsheet software
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
• Familiarity with Current technologies
