Billing Specialist

We are looking for a billing specialist to process and send invoices. We utilize a system called Billings Pro, which can be quite labor intensive. This position will require independent thought and extensive training. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, has good critical thinking skills, and is seeking a long term position.

We use an Apple based system so experience with an Apple computer is a plus.

The candidate must be able to:
- Read and write proficiently in English.
- Be able to utilize and record loom videos for training purposes.
- Have critical thinking decisions and be able to make informed decisions when it comes to invoicing.
- Be detail oriented to ensure that there are no errors in invoices.
