Job Overview:
The Nanny Doctor ( ---------- ) is an internationally recognized company that specializes in providing information and support to families and nannies. We are a small, quickly growing company run by a dynamic business-oriented mom. We are seeking someone who is excited to be a part of the nanny/family world and is an incredible virtual assistant!

We are currently seeking a new team member who works remotely from the Philippines. Are you our person?

The schedule for this person will be 20 hours a week
If you are in the Philippines, this means you will be working overnight in order to be available to our clients in Los Angeles and our online platforms so please be comfortable with working those hours. Salary is Php 10,000-20,000/month depending on experience.

Duties will include posting on our various online social media platforms and interacting with followers and connecting with others in the nanny/family space. In addition to posting on general topics related to the nanny/family relationship, this also includes promoting our services, e-products, child product recalls, as well as products and apps that nannies and families use. In addition to being responsible for all online interactions, you will be responsible for 1 blog post a month on nanny/family/child related content. Additionally, creating a newsletter to be sent out once a month to our viewership.

This role is heavily written communication oriented, so you should be able to communicate clearly and properly in English without any grammar or spelling errors. You should also be able to write with personality and professionalism. The ideal person loves children and families and nannies and has prior experience with this area. Also, someone who is extremely organized and detail oriented. Must also have strong reliable internet as well as a computer and smartphone. Due to this role being social media heavy, you must be knowledgeable of all of the online platforms and all of the different ways to post and have knowledge of various apps that help with scheduling posts and tracking posts. It’s important that you know about engagement and can connect with others online with large followings, using DMs and or hashtags, tagging, etc. Additionally, part of being organized is looking ahead and plotting out appropriate posts for specific months/holidays and storing them in a document for ongoing years.
