In Search Of FEMALE ONLY Outbound telemarketer

Looking for a dedicated and exclusive female telemarketer who can work for me 40 hours per week and no one else. You must speak clear English and be easy to train using a cold calling software system I use. Phoneburner. I need someone who can work 8 hours per day, Mon-Fri to call targeted lead list that I provide to you.

I will pay weekly and on time. I am very faithful and generous employer. You bring me appointments and in addition to the guarantee, I will pay you a very generous bonus for every appointment .

You must communicate with me daily on Skype and not just typing, but actually able to call me on Skype . If you do not use Skype to make calls and do not have a headset with a good mic, and a good and strong internet connection, then YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION!!!

You will be doing what I call "the 30 second pitch." This is a very easy and non-intrusive way to cold call my lists of Network Marketers. All you will do is call through the lists and around 30-35% of the prospects who actually answer the phone will say "yes" to my business opportunity. You must be able to handle rejection, as 7 out of 10 people will not be interested, no matter how good at it you get. I know this from experience because I am very good on the phone , yet I only get 3 out of 10 to say yes, the other 7 say no.

Once the prospect says yes, you will then 3 way them to a pre-recorded message that will present the opportunity to them using my software's "click to present" feature. This feature will enable you to play an 8 minute uploaded mp3 file instantly without having to actually 3 way your phone.

Once you have done that, you will verify the prospects email address, and then send an automated email to them directly from my software. I will train you on how to do this and you will learn it very quickly, as it is very easy.

Please be willing to have a phone conversation via Skype, as I do not have time to type long emails or texts back and forth.
