We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to work full time, New York hours (EST). This is a home-based, client-facing role. This remote role is focused on connecting with and converting new inbound leads to our Trade program as well as reconnecting with inactive Trade accounts. You will be responsible for approving new applications and then connecting with newly approved accounts. The main focus of this role is to qualify and set appointments with new accounts for the trade specialist team. Large potential for growth in a stable, relaxed, creative environment.

Job requirements:
*Fluent in written and spoken
*Love of home décor and basic knowledge of furniture terms
*Ability to nurture sales outreach campaigns through consistent follow up via phone and
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to craft sales
*Comfortable with phone outreach to inbound leads.
*Accurately gather and record qualifying information about accounts through research and phone/email outreach
*Be courteous, professional and demonstrate an elevated style sensibility in design.
*Be extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment juggling multiple tasks
*“Can do / roll up your sleeves” attitude
*Excellent team player while being able to still work independently without distraction
*Proficiency with Google Workspace
*Experience working with sales automation tools like yesware,
*Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours
This position includes but is not limited to:
Approving applications for our trade program, reaching out to designers with incomplete applications to gather required documents
Connecting with new members of our trade program and uncovering qualifying information about their account
Managing outreach campaigns to new and inactive accounts
Setting appointments with designers for our team of trade specialists
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
*1-3+ years experience in a Sales Development role
*Fluent in written and spoken English
*Extremely detail oriented and organized
*Ability to seamlessly use phone, live chat,
*Experience working with Salesforce and other sales automation tools (
*Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets)
*Must be able to work 9-6 pm EST, Monday - Friday
*Reliable internet connection and quiet place to work
