Responsibilities:

hold more than 10 accounts/clients
screening resumes & submit the best candidate
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media & other platforms
Use LinkedIn as primary platform to be used to pool candidates
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Qualifications:

1-2 years as a recruiter
Understands how to use LinkedIn RPS or for hiring
A bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology or equivalent
