Customer Success Representative ( relatively a CSR Role )

Our company is based in United States. We are working with Realtors to provide Smart Marketing strategies all throughout the US and Canada. We've been working with Filipino talents for more than 10 years and have been truly grateful for making each year an expansion year for us.

Your role as Customer Success Representative is relatively a Customer Service Role but specializes more on taking care of customer's success. .This is to make sure our clients are onboarded and hand-held as they get set-up with our products and online services. You will be their coach and go-to point of contact throughout the life-cycle of their membership with us. You will also need to sell/or upsell to our members if needed.

What days/hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Full-time job
(Note : this may vary depending on the need of the Team )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via PayPal
• PHP 30,000 – 35,000 Per Month plus a Very Promising Incentive Bonus

Requirements for the Job :
- have at least 3 or more years experience in any Customer Service role
- have at least 1 year experience in any Sales Role
- preferrably with experience as a Team Leader or as a Trainor .
- have Outstanding Work Ethics
- excellent English both Oral & Written
- have Smooth English Dialect
- quick thinker with spontaneity conversing in English Language
- have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling headset
- should be Tech Savvy
- Internet Speed should be at least 5mbps both for upload & download.
- can work under Time Doctor for Working hours tracker
