My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. We are in need of awesome people to help us give value to our clients and build professional relationships with them.

Our mission is to help empower e-commerce/FBA entrepreneurs to run better businesses by supporting them with Supply Chain, Finance and Operations services.

We are looking for someone who has experience and is familiar with Amazon FBA and Seller Central. We also have many of our own SOPs and processes that we can share to get you up to speed on the projects. But we want someone who already has some good experience and understanding about FBA and that can come in and add value immediately.

An ideal applicant will have at least 1 year experience with the areas below:
- Amazon FBA and Amazon Seller Central Account Management

Typical Tasks in this Role:
- Daily checks of product listings
- Daily checks of customer messages
- Send product replacements and process refunds for customers
- Check and remove negative seller feedback
- Trace negative customer reviews per ASIN Level and analyze the buyer’s issue.
- Daily checks of seller performance notifications
- Daily checks of stranded inventory issues

We are looking to bring a few right candidates to full-time positions, but may start with hourly to ensure it's the right fit. You'll be working with a high performing and supportive team to assist with your onboarding as well as ongoing support.

Planned working days for one position are Monday to Friday, and for the other role, it would be Wednesday to Sunday.

Our budget for this role is between $ ---------- /month (or $ ---------- /month for the Wednesday to Sunday schedule), depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
