Product Photo Retoucher

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented perfectionist photo retoucher to bring our product images from B to A+.

We are a 9-year-old e-commerce company based in San Juan Puerto Rico. We manufacture, import and sell a wide range of apparel and accessories on ---------- . The products are sold under multiple brands and range from clothing, socks and soft accessories. We are a market leader in many product categories such as
athletic socks, yoga socks, swim shorts, bathrobes and many more. Our main

The business is managed by the founder, a director of strategy & optimization and logistics director and supported by a business analyst and an
awesome team in the Philippines, Turkey and China. You would report to the
Keyword and Launch Manager but also to others depending on the project.

About the Role
We are looking to add a Photo Retoucher to our team. We are looking for someone who is talented and experienced to make our brands stand out from the competition. The optimal candidate has a graphic design background/skills.
We sell hundreds of different products on ---------- and we are looking for a retoucher to work with our existing team of graphic designers and systematically enhance and clean up our product listings.

Responsibilities:
Main tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Correcting resolution and composition, cropping images and adjusting tone, color, saturation and brightness.
- Adding or removing objects from an image
- Cleaning flaws on model and company products
- Support others on the design team during busy season (during product launches and the holidays)
We are not looking for an artist but someone who can diligently go through all our product images and make them top-notch. We are a fast-moving organization and we have a bias for action and completing projects.
Traits / Experience We're Looking for:
Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
2+ years of graphic design/retouching experience
Comfortable in English written and spoken
Friendly, easy-going, trustworthy and communicative
Motivated: Must be willing and able to occasionally work up to 60 hours per week during busy periods

What we offer

Pay: up to 800 USD per month depending on experience and skills with the potential for
a 5-10% year-end target bonus. For the right person, there could be opportunity for advancement and taking on additional responsibilities.
