Here’s what we are looking for

* Talented Facebook and Google Ads - Media Buyer. On a scale of 1 - 10, you rate yourself 8 or more.
* Have experience of spending over $25k/mo in ad spend and generating good ROI
* Having a good technical grasp of webhooks, and automation tools such a zapier and integromat is a PLUS
* We have the best ads in the industry and generate a ton of buyer and seller leads. We want you to take it, run with it and improve it
* You’ll be creating new ads, coming up with new copy, managing campaigns to ensure they are within KPI, managing ad budget, and delivering results. We spend about $30/day on ads per client. We currently have 25 clients and are rapidly growing
* You have a lot of experience with Account Bans and Suspensions, and you know how to overcome them
* After the probation - if you are truly a rockstar we want, you’ll get a residual bonus for every client you manage
* You are constantly learning. If you are not able to teach the team something new on a monthly basis, you are not learning.

Other considerations
* You are the CEO of your department and you put in the work to be the CEO.
* Buck stops with you. If a client is not getting the results or falls below KPI, it’s your responsibility and you own it!
* 2+ Years Experience of actively running and managing Facebook and Google ad platforms
* Outstanding attendance & a burning drive to succeed without hand holding
* Open-minded and a humble willingness to learn. If you don't believe that others can teach you, you are not a good fit.
