Our growing company has a fantastic job opportunity available for Customer Support Representatives that can meet certain criteria.
And I have to state upfront, this job isn't for everyone. We're looking for a very unique person to fill this job.
We're looking for someone that would also enjoy contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts, while they do their job.
We're basically looking for a talented, hard working person that would like to become a valuable member of our team. And you can do this job completely from your home if you have a high-speed Internet connection.

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:
-Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection.
-Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
-Can work from home without distractions.
-Can use Skype.
-Has a PayPal account.
-Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.
-Can work full-time (40 hours per week)
HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
-Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
-Provides client support and technical issue resolution via email and chat
-Obtains a general understanding of the problem or issue that the customer is experiencing
-Helps the customer on how to resolve the issue by looking up solutions in existing knowledge base or following standard operating procedures as per training
-Resolves issues raised by customers in a timely manner
-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Has Knowledge with WordPress Plugin
-Has Knowledge with HTML
-Has Knowledge with CSS
-Has Basic Understanding with Javascript
