The Role
Due to growth within the business, we have a full-time position available for a customer service operator to come on board and provide assistance to our customers who are visiting our website . You will literally be reaching out to them, engaging with them, and have the desire to leave no stone unturned.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Responsible for generating leads
- Information Gathering by asking key questions
- You will be 100?dicated to the role, and must not have other jobs
- You will be able to respond quickly and easily
- You will follow available scripts-
- Enhance and, Maximize the opportunity.
- Attention to Detail in gathering requirements & specifying Products.
Must Have
- Very good English comprehension
- Ability to Multi Task
- Think quick on feet
