Responsibilities/ Job Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone enthusiastic with natural-sounding English tone. We want to ensure we are sounding just like a member of the realtors team on the phone when talking to the leads.

· Must have previous real estate related experience With sales experience
· With call center experience
· Help us follow up and nurture leads we generate for our real estate clients.
· Strong Natural Sounding English Skills
· Great Internet Connection
· Professional Mic For Clear Call Quality
· Quiet workspace for professional sounding calls
· Flexibility With Working hours As Needed
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Excellent phone skills- strong closer to set appointments
· Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
· Excellent Customer service and listening abilities
· Strong relationship building know-how
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Able to meet and exceed goals
· Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software
· Ability to quickly learn new software and applications as needed to conduct related tasks
· At least 2 years experience
