Inventory and Order Management Specialist / Customer Service

Fishme is currently looking for a reliable Inventory and Order Management Specialist who can work Full time (At least 40 hours a week). We need someone who is fluent in English, has a positive attitude, has a fast internet connection, and a team player. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS.

Must be familiar with Shopify, has Outlook installed on your PC, and good excel knowledge

Job Description:

- Coordinate with the warehouse staff to count the stocks daily and receive it on Shopify
- Making sure inventory is accurate
- Placing new orders from the suppliers basing on the current fresh count
- Coordinating with the suppliers about their new pricelist and getting ready with the orders.
- Taking inbound and outbound calls to suppliers and Customers
