Storytelling High Quality YouTube Thumbnails

Starting a business/money mystery documentary-style youtube channel and am looking for a partner in crime to help create killer youtube thumbnails to go along with the videos and titles that the rest of the team creates.

This isn't meant for someone who uses canvas templates or isn't willing to put in the work to learn and become better at making the best thumbnails possible. I have a lot of visions on how certain thumbnails should look and I'm looking to find someone who can bring that vision to life

This is a very long-term project. If you are chosen, I will be extremely loyal to you as long as the work continues to be the best of the best.

Must understand the concepts of click-through rate, the youtube algorithm and thumbnail storytelling and show examples of what you've done with them in the past. Please also send some demo thumbnails after watching the video that you feel convey what I'm looking for.
