Social Media Marketing [NFT & Crypto]

We are looking for a full-time NFT Community and Social Media Officer who will manage and market our NFT offerings. You will also work across our content, marketing, and NFT teams in order to manage, maintain, and grow each project’s social channels.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**

- Grow our presence in the NFT community by engaging NFT fanatics & Crypto audiences.
(e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Discord and Instagram)
- Curate, write, schedule, and interact with social media posts related to our NFT product
- Set up collaboration with other crypto/NFT communities and influencers on social media platforms
- Identify and remove bots and spam from NFT communities
- Create a strong community around these NFTs and related projects by engaging and connecting with our key markets
- Manage budgets and set up targeted ads on social media platforms to promote our projects
- Keep a pulse on trending and hot topics in the community and identify areas of opportunity to grow engagement at scale
- Stay informed of NFT news and trends, bringing insights to the team

**Job Qualifications**

- 2-3 years of social media marketing experience
- Strong written communication skills in English
- A creative, strategic approach to community growth and engagement
- Self-starter, and ability to work autonomously

**Great to Have**

- Strong experience with Discord, Instagram & Twitter marketing
- Proven record of community engagement and management in the crypto space
- Knowledge of the NFT community and Metaverse including crypto specific language and meme culture
- Deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture and the internet as a whole
- Funny and creative
- Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication, project management, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to work varied hours (nights and weekends)
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
