CRM Support Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent
• Four (4)+ years’ experience with CRM administration, preferably SalesForce.com
• Experience with complex CRM implementations involving multiple system interfaces
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple critical projects with high attention to detail
• Ability to interface with all levels of management, including senior executives
• Ability to remain patient and courteous when fielding user complaints and system issues
• Experience with enterprise databases and SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic web development skills a plus
• Experience building ASP.NET web applications a plus
• Experience supporting services using IIS
• Experience developing SOAP based web-services in Visual Studio using C# a plus
