Executive Assistant
I am a digital entrepreneur looking for an assistant to help me with my digital business based in the UK and personal projects for my family.
This is a fast paced role for an individual who has a high attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will be joining this fast growing eCommerce business at the right time when being a tea
Responsibilities:
Time manager for the company CEO for both business and personal projects to ensure weekly goals are achieved.
Good with calendar management.
Support the entrepreneur and other directors with ClickUp task management for business and personal projects.
Manage the administrative tasks between the Start-up team and the entrepreneur in different projects such as:
Marketing (customer journey on social media)
Logistics (creating shipping labels for dhl, Amazon FBA and international freights),
Operations, Legal and Technology.
All projects are completed in a timely manner.
Monitor the business brand eCommerce listings on Amazon, Wix, eBay and any brand Infringements.
Attend weekly meeting with the entrepreneur and other directors.
Email
Web research, data entry.
Copy writing.
Requirements:
20 - 25 hours per week, Monday -
English speaking and writing skills.
Business qualifications
Highly organised with a positive attitude.
A good workstation and a reliable Internet.
Experience with ClickUp task management.
At least 3 year experience as a virtual assistant.
Excel experience
