Cyber Security Project Manager

Looking for a project manager with great writing skills. The position requires follow up with clients on their project progress. It also requires experience authoring and update cybersecurity policy and other related cybersecurity contents like blog posts and website contents.
The idea candidate will be able to work independently and produce world class content for US Market.
Knowledge of the following would very helpful.
NIS 800-53
ISO 27001
Other cybersecurity framework.

Some technical experience would be very desirable as well.
