Our company is looking for a stellar copywriter to join our vibrant, energetic, and proven team of ballers on the Marketing team! This is not an opportunity for the faint of heart. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the team to come up with big ideas and write direct response promos along with all the supporting copy (dedicated emails, order forms, upsells, ad copy, etc.).
• Manage the promo from start to finish, ensuring that every step meets our standards
• Work with marketing director to brainstorm new product ideas
• Strategically and tactically improving our existing offers & assets for performance and a more direct customer journey.
• Write online marketing campaigns in a fast paced, goal-oriented team-environment
• Collaborate on ideas for online campaigns
• Report on various efforts
• Learn internal systems used for campaigns.

• KPIs (key performance indicators):
• Maintains an excellent conversion rate on front end sales pages.
• Achieves high open rates and click rates for marketing emails.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1+ years experience in writing marketing content
• 1+ years related work experience
• Familiarity with marketing principles, such as web advertising, direct response marketing, and performance analysis
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Close collaboration with teaj zcmbers is a must; communication is vital in this role
• Superb attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and sort data in Microsoft Excel.
