Main responsibilities
- Clients technical support:
- consulting on the functionality and capabilities of the system
- functional testing
- writing bug reports, technical specifications
- Conducting training consultations via
- Conducting consultations and system settings according to client tasks:
- binding the client's domain to our ns-server
- work with CMS, html editing
- mailing setting up
- training structure setup
- setup business processes for schools
- setting up channels for traffic accounting using utm tags
- analysis of sales and conversions
- consulting on any aspect of the system
Requirements:
- Strong technical background at IT software companies in customer support at least 1 year is must
- English - Advanced;
- Knowledge of CSS & html codes will be an advantage
- Personal experience in making your site on your domain will be an advantage
- Analytical mindset
- Attentiveness to details is essential
