Real Estate Project Manager

Hi, I am Chris Tao. I own a Real Estate Brokerage Firm based in Texas. I'm looking for a Project Manager that can work with me closely.

Duties:
- Mainly responsible for taking notes and doing minutes of meetings.
- General Project Management and task follow up.
- Upload tasks statuses to ClickUp (project management tool).
- Send follow-up emails to task owners and meeting notes to business partners.
- Become the center of communication so that all parties involved are on the same page at all times.

Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong follow-through.
- Preferably has 2 years of work experience in Real Estate.
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree from any 4-year course.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English Language.-
- Willing to work for US Hours / 8 am - 5 pm CST.


Starting Rate:
$4/hr for the probation period. This will be part-time work at first but can be promoted to full-time if the applicant performs well.
