Data Research

Looking for a creative, intelligent, and detail oriented person to do meticulous research on real estate companies and their employees. They will then populate an excel spreadsheet.

This job is for a few months but can morph into years as we constantly need research done.

We will provide a list, and from the data we give, the researcher will check company and real estate websites, LinkedIn profiles, and perform general web search to compile a more complete list with people’s contact information.

We will provide 2 other lists which will already have many of the contacts’ information, so we need the researcher to check these lists first and only add NEW people to the master list.

Additionally, we would like the person we hire to spot trends, or go down rabbit holes of research to suggest companies and employees we didn’t think of. We will give the criteria and would like the researcher to find good matches who weren’t on the original lists we provided.
