JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for admin assistant and customer support for Airbnb and real estate business.


Responsibilities include

Airbnb management:
Creation and maintenance of listings
Coordinate Restock supplies, cleaning and maintenance
Answer guest questions
Guest screening
Managing claims

Admin assistance:
Customer service; Answering calls, responding inquiries and emails
Administrative support and note taking updating and maintaining documents and SOPs; Canva and google docs
Update manage CRM; Keap, Create email campaign’s
Post on social media; update Canva, schedule post in planoly, post on feed and stories


Facebook
group moderator:
•Filter & Approve new pending members requests
•Deny fake Facebook accounts
•Filter & Approve new daily pending posts
•Remove posts that goes against the
group rules
•Deleting spam & scam posts
•Removing toxicity, hate speech and
violating comments
•Interact and engage with existing
members and their posts
