Data Entry - Follow up Calls

This job is divided in 2 parts:
Part 1 is communicating with Instagram Followers by message (you will be provided with a script)
Part 2 is follow up calls to existing leads

Requirements:

English Speaking VA and comfortable on phone
Sales-driven, uses empathy and listens when talking to customers to understand their needs
Hubstaff to track working hours
Reliable Internet, Reliable PC

Skype calls

Initial Responsibilities:
- Sales: Use empathy, listen and understand what customer wants are. Handling sales and customer inquiries.
Take notes and transfer to me all the calls than need further information about our product.

- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. (email, phone, message)


- Must have own laptop and internet connection at home
- Can use the English language well (speaking and writing)
- At least high school graduate
- Preferably with experience in sales or encouraging/persuading clients
- You should have an open mind and a positive attitude
- Willing to undergo training to be employed by the company
- You will be downloading datasheets and contacting people of Instagram, email and over the phone


This will be a full-time homebased job 40h a week (time zone may vary)

Bonus for every sales generated by your follow up call/email
