GREAT PAY AND BENEFITS: Excellent English Writer For Virtual Assistant / Social Media Coordinator

Our company is looking for a virtual assistant for long-term to help us manage our Social Media. Tasks will include:

1. Creating social media posts using Canva (if you can also use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop that is a major plus)
2. Setting up posts
3. Engage, monitor and respond to comments and feedback on social media
4. Create thumbnails
5. Find royalty free music for YouTube - create library
6. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
8. Define, monitor, and report metrics
9. Knows MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Docs
10. If you can edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that is a major plus.
11. There may be some customer service tasks as well

AVAILABILITY:

We are looking for someone who can work full-time ideally, but are willing to negotiate.

Excellent communication and writing in English

The pay will be month to month; if you continue to do well we will consider you for a semi-annual bonus of at least 10%. We also pay the 13th month - every year.
