JOB OVERVIEW

Hello greetings from the US. I am a independent contractor that will be hiring a awesome true gifted Virtual assistant from the heart of the Philippines!

I am working for a multifaceted full-service Marketing & Production Agency.
(aka advertisement agency)

Earlier this year they rebranded and developed their extensive service menu/service list to better serve clients and customers in this fast-paced digital world. Their Core Functions are: Consult - Design - Produce - Manage.

THEY SPECIALIZE IN:
Content Creation, Photography, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Brand Development, Digital Advertising, as well as Same Day Design & Print ---------- w what I’m on a mission for is:

IM CURRENTLY HIRING
Appointment Setter (hourly)
Send Promo / Marketing items to potential clients/customers
Call, Email, Text, potential clients/customers
Set up a company and or service demo/introduction

ATTENTION- very specific skills I need are:
1. Has an agenda
* An average SDR has a million things to do in a day: checking CRM tasks, sending out emails, managing statistics, and conducting calls. The best thing to do is create a schedule with blocks of time dedicated to different activities. Make sure to consider various time zones of the leads when you set up your timetable.

2. Knows how to qualify B2B prospects
* Before starting an appointment counterattack at the leads, an SDR has to determine if they can be qualified to go further down your sales funnel.

3. Listens and builds rapport
* Being able to carry out a conversation is an essential skill for an appointment setter. Sounding friendly and optimistic creates rapport and sometimes eliminates sales objections even before they arise.

4. Handles sales objections and rejections
* Objections will arise during prospecting. Sometimes leads don’t have enough time or think your services aren’t vital for their business. That’s when a skilled appointment setter sees a chance to overturn an objection to an opportunity.

5. Reminds and follows-up
* A skilled appointment setter also doesn’t give up easily. A good lead generation campaign usually has at least a few waves of follow up emails after the first touch. However, a lot of sales reps do not answer negative or controversial messages. That’s a rookie mistake—every answer is an opportunity.

6. Pitches perfectly
* To create a great sales pitch, an SDR should be fully aware of the value proposition and its impact on a potential customer’s business.

If you have 5 years or more please contact me. I don’t want my time wasted if you don’t have a lot of experience in this ---------- ’s too much to go through if I don’t make things precise. Also I need this specific candidate who is super confident and more than comfortable with talking to leads in any type of business ranging from car dealers to salons. Remember this is a Marketing and Advertising Agency so I need a go getter with drive and nothing will stop me attitude.

PLEASE RESPOND WITH THE FOLLOWING

A.Resume and or Job History and years of Experience
B. Questions
C. Skype (to set up an interview)
D. What makes you the best appointment setter and why you think I should hire you?

Regards, Claudia
