Amazon KDP Project Manager / VA

Are you an expert at Amazon KDP? Have you managed the KDP funnel, from keyword research, to finding ghostwriters, to publishing, to promoting? Do you know time saving hacks & tools? Do you know the dos and the don'ts? If you are answering yes to these questions, I'd love to hear from you.

I started KDP early this year and am now at a point where I would like to grow things. My books are in the young adult / education niches, and are high content, quality books. I believe that quality rises to the top in the long-term so I'm only interested in delivering great books.

I am looking for an expert VA / Project Manager to help manage the business and drive things forward. Tasks will include:

1. KW research
2. Competitor Analysis
3. Niche selection
4. Ghostwriter & book content management
5. Managing relationships with Editor / Proofreader
7. Managing Illustrator / Book Cover designers
8. Working to promote the book post launch - Managing Reviews / Pubby / ARC etc.

You must have the following skills:

- Experience and proven ability in all aspects of KDP from research to finding ghostwriters to publishing.
- Must have excellent english
- Have experience of tools to identify / analyse kws
- Use Google Sheets and ideally have existing methods to compile information for KDP research, analysis and promotion
- Ideally have contacts with ghostwriters / ghostwriting companies
- Ideally have contacts with illustrators or Designers, or if not, be proficient at using Upwork to find candidates.
- Be able to speak on Skype / WA. And be familiar with project management tools - I use Asana.

I'm open to working on freelance basis, but ideally I'm looking for someone to come on board to manage the flows and business full ---------- TE: For the right candidate, i'm willing to be flexible in terms of salary.
