JOB OVERVIEW

We are a High ticket seller running an eCommerce company that sells on both amazon and Shopify. We are looking for a smart VA who can work with us long-term. Your job will be simple but very sensitive and requires attention to detail. Our products are expensive so we need a very careful person.


We require from you:

1) 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce. (REQUIRED)
2) Data entry with Google Sheets. (REQUIRED)
3) Excellent email and live chat communication skills. (REQUIRED)
4) Problem-solving skills. (REQUIRED)
5) Excellent writing skills (REQUIRED)
6) Photoshop. (Highly Preferred)
Excellent speaking and understanding skills when talking to us on the phone. (REQUIRED).
7) Write the word Skyisblue at the end of the application. (REQUIRED)
8) Patience and politeness when handling customers’ emails. (REQUIRED)
9) Must have no other current job. (REQUIRED)


What you will deal with on a daily basis:

1) RESPOND TO EMAILS every 30 min to 1hr.
This is the most important task out of all of them and you will be focusing on it the most.

You will usually receive around a total of 10 emails for the whole day! Because we are a high ticket company, you won’t receive many emails at all! It’s very simple but sensitive at the same time because we are trying to gain every single customer who lands on our website.

You will deal with buyers who have an interest in a new product purchasing, issues with order delivery, defective products, and product troubleshooting.

2) CONFIRMING ORDERS AND CREATING PREPAID LABELS FOR ORDERS.

3) UPLOAD NEW ORDERS TO GOOGLE SHEETS (around 1-2 orders a day).
We have products that cost $2000 - $4000 each. You must be very very careful entering the exact correct data as it’s very costly if you miss something!

4) SEND THE ORDERS TO OUR WAREHOUSE WEBSITE So They Can Get Them Shipped Out.

5) RESPOND TO LIVE CHAT (around 1-2 customers per hour). Again, not many!

6) MONITOR AMAZON PRODUCT LISTINGS. We only have two listings and you will be checking for new reviews and seller feedback.

7) Monitor Amazon, Google, and Facebook ---------- eck if there’s anything odd and if everything is running smoothly.

8) CHECKING FACEBOOK MESSENGER. You will receive around 1 message a day.

9) CHECKING THE COMPANY’S PDF INVOICES from the shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS)

1) THE JOB IS FAIRLY EASY, NOT LIKE OTHER ECOMMERCE JOBS. We only have a few listings and you won’t deal with lots of headaches from too many buyers emails. You will only focus on 10 emails total for the whole day.

2) A PAID 10 DAYS VACATION TIME ---------- n be used for emergencies and sick days.

3) A RAISE EVERY 4-6 MONTHS BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE.

5) 13TH OF DEC PAY. You will get paid an extra month for free.
