1. College or above;
2. 1 year or above resourcing and recruiting experience;
3. Sales or marketing position recruiting experience;
4. Massive recruitment project experience is preferred;
5. Excellent in English with good communication skill;
6. Enthusiastic , proactive and result-oriented; able to work under great pressure
