Build me an Axie bot

I'm am looking to build something that scans the items in the Axie Marketplace. The system will give me information as to which items are profitable to buy and then sell.

I will need it to provide alerts when
- an item is advertised on the marketplace that is 20?low the next cheapest item. needs to also show the one month average for that item
- when supply of an item drops by more than 30% over the one month ---------- doesnt need to look ---------- just needs to be easy to use.

All the code will be provided to me and owned by me.
