Bilingual Sales Rep

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, doing manual follow up, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, can speak English and Spanish fluently with medical-related experience, and available to work on a shifting schedule including weekends
