Responsibilities
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Send written purchase/agreement offers to sellers
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Primary duties include contacting sellers, lead nurturing, offering various financing options!
• Successfully accomplishing this will include phone calls, networking, relationship building, follow-ups, e-mail and text
communication with your Sellers, and overall management of sales pipeline

Key Responsibilities:
• REI Acquisitions skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close
appointments over the phone
• Coordinating Sellers appointments, walk-throughs, closing, etc.
• Detailed and accurate note-taking of ALL hot leads
• Preparing Contract Agreement & ensuring that all documents are fully executed and in compliance
• Listening Skills
• Ensuring all Four Financial options are used accordingly (Terms, Subj 2, Owner Financing, and Wholesaling)
• Monitoring and nurturing follow-ups

Job Type: Part-time (2)
(Part-Time will turn into Full-time within 30 days contingent on productivity.)
Hours/Days
• Monday – Friday (2 positions/20 hours per week)
• 1 pm – 4 pm EST
• 4 pm – 8 pm EST
Experience:
• Real Estate Investing: 1 year ( 2 Years Preferred)
• Acquisition Skills (A Plus!!)
• Sales & Marketing (A Plus!!)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred), or
• 1-2 years related experience
Compensation Range: (starting rate depends on experience)
• $3.00 - $8.00 Hour
**After 15 days of acceptable work increases to $4.00
