Developer for Saas project (nodejs,nextjs)

Hi there, we need someone to help us build a platform. We don't really care as much regarding the technology used, however we would like to be something that is scalable and easy to manage on future.

Also, is a project however we would like to whoever we hire to stay in our team long term since we want to grow the service and keep adding future features.

Regarding the project, it will be a platform marketplace for professionals to do videos in an UGC type.
will be similar to Fiverr where creators can sign up and offer to make videos for clients products.
Platform will need to have:
- Sign up and login
- Freelancers Catalog (a catalog of people available for 'job')
- Freelancers Profile (a page where there will be more information regarding their previously jobs)
- Reviews
- Messaging system where client and freelance will chat regarding project
- Payment system using stripe or some other platform (we will still check about it)

And we want to build some sort of 'search flow' where people can answer a few questions and we would show the freelancers based on the questions answered, it will be sort of a deep search.
