? Full-time
? Fixed 8hrs of work in a day, (shift can change and happen anytime between 8 PM-12noon)
? CSR voice (with a possible opportunity to become one of our mentors based on performance)
? Permanent WAH set-up
? 2yrs BPO CSR/TSR voice experience required
? Competitive monthly pay
? Start ASAP (3 start dates every week)

Scope of Work: take live calls and function as our testers/collaborators
Expectations: be very collaborative in raising any issues encountered in the tools and platform itself, share insights to refine the process before the platform goes live to part-time gig workers

System Requirements (provide your own equipment):
• at least 8GB ram
• i5 processor / MAC / AMD equivalent
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Stable internet connection (at least 10MPBS upload and download speed)
• Windows 10 and up
