Cold Caller/Real Estate Customer Representative

Salary: $200 base pay + COMMISSIONS + $10 per set appointment & $500 per signed contract
PAID TWO WEEKS TRAINING

Job Qualifications:
• Must have real estate, telemarketing, customer service, and data entry experience.
• Basic computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Basic keyboarding skills (30+ WPM)
• Sales ability based on customer service skills
• Organized, problem solver, and must be willing to grow with our company.
• Polite, know how to follow rules/instructions, and able to multitask.
• Detail oriented and must be a genuinely loving person to yourself + Everyone Else!!!!
• Willing to undergo training.
Job Requirements:
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed door.
• Desktop or laptop with a large screen display. A second monitor is also required and smartphones.
• A dual ear-headset that has a USB and noise-canceling microphone.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (10mbps upload and download), the faster the better.
• Battery back-up is recommended in case of loss of water
• A battery backup is recommended in case of loss of power.
